Hector West’s father was killed fighting in Iraq. As a result, he hates the idea of Muslims coming to America. So, when Sanjar Zahedi, an Iranian boy, moves in next-door Hector gets an opportunity to vent his frustration on a real person. Sanjar soon becomes the object of Hector’s scorn and gets left out of everything, including Hector’s clan in Omega Wars, a hot, new massively multiplayer online game. But strange things start happening in Omega Wars prompting Hector and his clan, the Spartans, to investigate. It isn’t long before Hector suspects that someone may be using the worldwide connectivity of the game to organize a terrorist attack and Sanjar may be the only person who can help Hector figure out how to stop it.
