Novaly is an index. It lists titles and points at files stored elsewhere. We do not host those files and cannot guarantee that any link will work, that a file is complete, or that it is what its title claims.
Use it lawfully
You are responsible for what you download and for complying with the copyright law that applies where you are. Do not use this site to obtain material you are not entitled to.
Acceptable use
- Do not scrape or bulk-harvest the catalogue. Requests are rate limited and download links expire.
- Do not attempt to bypass those limits, or to disrupt the service.
- Automated access outside normal browsing is not permitted.
No warranty
The site is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Novaly is not liable for any loss arising from its use or unavailability.

Entries may be added, corrected or removed at any time, including in response to a copyright notice. These terms may change; the date above shows when they last did.
